Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at hello@sunvillage.in.

  • If payment has already been completed, the refund will be initiated via PayU or Razorpay within 2–3 working days.


Returns & Refunds

  • If you’re not satisfied with your Sun Village product, you may return unopened and unused items within 5 working days of receiving your order.

  • Once the returned items are received, inspected, and verified, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.


Merchandise Policy

  • Returns for merchandise items are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
